We understand that delivery charges are a pain – so we ship all our floors for FREE to mainland UK addresses (excludes Scottish Highlands, islands & Northern Island).

UK – Shipping of all samples is free via Royal Mail.  If you have paid for your samples then they will be despatched by 1st class post within 1 working day. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of free samples.

Overseas – there is a small shipping charge to send all samples overseas. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Flooring & Accessories Shipping

Standard UK Shipping - There is FREE Standard Shipping on all flooring orders.  Shipping for sundry items (glues, cleaners etc.) is also FREE when ordered with your flooring, otherwise small charges apply.

Carriers – UK shipping is with Parcelforce.
Timing – Standard UK delivery is within 5 working days from order subject to stock availability. Your delivery date is confirmed by email when we process your order. You can add delivery instructions at the checkout (eg. Leave next door - at No.7).
24 HR, next working day & timed deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge by request.

Standard UK delivery is between 08.00 and 18.00 hrs – Saturday and pre 09.30 delivery is also available for an additional charge. Please contact us to request a delivery upgrade. Please inform us in advance if there is anything which may effect delivery (eg. restricted vehicle access).

Overseas and non-standard UK shipping – charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. Charges are based on weight and geographical location. Simply create an account, enter your address details and delivery charges will automatically be calculated for you at the checkout.
