We understand that delivery charges are a pain – so we try to keep them to a minimum. Where we do charge for delivery we promise only to charge a proportion of our actual costs.

Samples Shipping

UK – free for up to 4 free samples. There is a small shipping charge for 4 or more free samples and for large samples. Shipping is via Royal Mail postal service, please allow 3-4 working days*.

Overseas – there is a small shipping charge to send all samples overseas. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery*.

Flooring & Accessories Shipping

Standard UK Shipping - charges are weight based and start from £5.86 (inc vat) per order. Our usual delivery charge is £12.28 (inc vat).
We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £450.00 (inc vat).

Carriers – UK shipping is with Parcelforce.
Timing – Standard UK delivery is within 3 working days from order (unless otherwise stated). Your delivery date is confirmed by email when we process your order. You can add delivery instructions at the checkout (eg. Leave next door - at No.7).
Next working day delivery can normally be arranged by request for orders placed by midday.

Standard UK delivery is between 08.00 and 18.00 hrs – Saturday and pre 09.30 delivery is also available for an additional charge. Please contact us to request a delivery upgrade. Please inform us in advance if there is anything which may effect delivery (eg. restricted vehicle access).

Overseas and non-standard UK shipping – charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. Charges are based on weight and geographical location. Simply create an account, enter your address details and delivery charges will automatically be calculated for you at the checkout.
