Harvey Maria is committed to environmental sustainability.  All manufacturing facilities have achieved ISO14001 Environmental System certification, for the creation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System.

Re-cycling Committment
All Harvey Maria floors contain re-cycled materials and are themselves 100% re-cyclable.

Harvey Maria has arrangements for the collection of off-cuts and waste material from large commercial installations for re-cycling. 

Lifetime Floors
Harvey Maria floors are durable and long-lasting and so reduce the overall lifetime environmental impact from manufacturing.  Our floors are warranteed for up to 15 years, and will last way beyond this in most cases.  When compared to cheaper products such as laminates and linos, which typically have a much shorter life span, the lifetime environmental cost is much, much lower with a Harvey Maria floor.

Kind to the Environment
The environmental impact from manufacturing flooring products is relatively small when compared with the environmental damage caused by pollutants (phosphates, chlorine bleaches etc.) from most household cleaning agents.

Harvey Maria cleaning products are specially formulated by Dr. Schutz and contain none of the pollutants normally found in floor cleaning products.
